In general, Orbit One is designed to connect, unify, and amplify the many analytics platforms in use in any organization. Some companies might struggle with efficiently managing several analytics environments, or stimulating their use among consumers. Orbit One’s goal is to remediate these issues and provide interfaces and functionalities to optimally utilize these platforms.
Orbit One consists of a number of Modules which each deliver specific functionality and capabilities to achieve those goals. Below is a list of the available Modules with links (when applicable) to their more detailed articles containing information on how to configure and use these.
Note that specific modules are accessible only with a specific Orbit One Role. For more details on access, capabilities, and permissions, see: Permissions & Capabilities.

Currently, this feature can display all environments' users, plus their roles and memberships. The functionality to manage and change these roles is in development.
Permissions Explorer
Need to know about all the content one person can access? You came to the right place. The list for All Content Permissions can be used to literally list all entities (workbooks, data sources, flows) that a user has access to. The Project Hierarchy overview is useful for finding out which content a user has read access to, in broad strokes.

Global Admin Insights
Admin Insights are great, but they are limited to a single Tableau Cloud site. Not anymore! Use this tool to combine your Admin Insights data throughout all your sites and easily create global reporting across those sites.

S.H.E.L.F.
Static Hosting for Extensions, Logos, and Files, or S.H.E.L.F., allows you to use Orbit One to serve Extensions, images, and other static assets.
More specifically, it is designed to make it easier to use features like Dashboard Extensions and Image Role. These Tableau features require a URL to an image or an extension. S.H.E.L.F. provides a secure and reliable way to host these assets and use them in your Tableau dashboards.

Cost Center Cross-Charge Calculator
Use the Cross-Charge Calculator to map and spread the cost of your analytics environments to then cross-charge them to the appropriate entity. This tool is especially useful for organizations with multiple departments or business units.

The Health & Monitoring module allows you to keep a close eye on the health and performance of your analytics environments and their content. Currently, we support periodic performance measurements of dashboards with alerting when load times surpass a certain threshold.

Aside from the core Modules listed above, Orbit One has a few Administrative Modules which are used to manage it as a platform/application.
Organization: manage Organization-wide settings and credentials e.g. to cloud storage, instant messaging apps, etc.
Users: add, manage, remove, and manage Users in general.
Environments: add, manage, remove, and manage Orbit One Environments.
Connect: Connect and Sync your Analytics environment(s) to Orbit One.
